We work with portal NEXT. This is the only safe way to communicate with you. We will create an account for you for our client portal. You will receive an e-mail from us with a link with which you can choose your password.
In the client portal you have the option of being able to access your file. All drafts, copies, correspondence and settlements can be found here.
Also other parties involved, including brokers and consultants can have access to certain documents via the client portal.
As notaries, we only have control over who is given access to which documents. As a client, you will receive an (automatic) e-mail message with a link to the client portal whenever we wish to share something with you. Once you have signed in, you can access and download the documents. You can also share documents and messages with us via the portal.
